anxiety blood pressure
hi folks i am 40 and expecting my 3rd child i am only bout 5 weeks?? i hav ean issue with my blood pressure which is anxiety and stress related? does anyone else have problems wiyh there bp ? i have an appointment with the midwife tomorrow and the thought of it has got me pulse racing already!! mad i know its onlh high through worry thanks ali xx
not sure why i get and anxiety its due down to worry i think?? im on beta blocker from the doc just to settle things down been on em a while xx
I only had a problem with my bp once. At the very end of my first pregnancy. Nothing since. Are you on meds for your bp? Why does going to the midwife cause you stress and anxiety?
