baby gone

I had 2 sacs of water, according to the midwife, so she told the nurse which tool she needed and she popped it. So right after that the baby's heart rate started dropping and they put oxygen on me and told me to turn on each side. So anyway when the actual doctor came in he checked her head or something, . I'm assuming he was checking her to see if the umbilical cord was wrapped around the neck. Well when he pulled his hand out blood came out and they rushed me to have an emergency c section because the placenta had ruptured or something. When I woke up surgery they said she was very critical and there was nothing they could do. I got to hold her till she passed but they never gave me any straight answers as to why our baby died. She was full term and healthy so I dont understand why her heart rate never came back up.

Thank you all for your support. I agree it's an accident cover-up and don't worry I'm seeking legal advice.

I'm sorry for your loss! I hope you get some answers as to what happened and why. I would be seeking legal advice as well. So tragic for a healthy full term baby to pass away. Hugs<3
