c-section #2 12 weeks

I had a c-section with my first child who is now 10 and it was emergency so I was put to sleep ... I have no idea what it feels like to have this done with only epidural.  So I am asking how bad is the pain I've heard the words pressure used. Is it pressure or pain? And is anyone allowed in during the procedure I think my fiance would pass out!! Very curious thanks in advance for anyone that can help answer this.

Can I cut the cord? I know that may sound silly but dad is not in the picture and I may need a csection

The c section it self is not bad at all. Just remember to do a lot walking when you get feeling back in your legs. Getting up and down there is some pain.

It really is not bad/ painful. I'll be having csection #3 in 2 months. I get nervous, w C 2 I made myself sick from nerves. Make sure you shave your vag before going in or the nurses will do it. My 1st was an emergency C but they didn't put me under. So I was awake for my last 2. You feel pressure, yes just pressure. Then you here your baby cry, my hubby cut the cord, they bring baby close to say hi. It's over in literally 5-10 mins. The epidural gets you real numb. 1st They bring you in to the OR, give you the epi then your partner comes in. There is a sheet between you and what is going on down below. My hubby said he could look around it.. But if he leaned in towards me it's blocked off. he's fine w blood. Just remember get up & walk ASAP you'll feel less pain plus heal faster.
