Yes, It is possible to become pregnant after tubal ligation surgery.  I became pregnant a year ago after having this surgery done seven years ago.  We lost our baby at 10 weeks, possibly due to low progesterone and have recently been trying again.  The body is a wonderful machine that continually tries to repair itself naturally and you can help it by staying healthy as much as possible.  God Bless.

Pregnancy after tubal ligation is highly unlikely, although anything is possible. Take a pregnancy test to know for certain.  Then see your Dr. There are options such as reversal and IVF.  It is unlikely you will become pregnant without a little help. Good luck to you.
