I'm hoping in moderation Decaffeinated Peppermint Herbal tea will be okay.  Hope you find something that works.

I personally don't take chances.  No herbal teas (that I know of) have been tested for pregnant women, so personally I avoid anything that could even potentially be a problem.  I figure that if the info is conflicting, I would rather avoid it. Just my two cents, and good luck to you!!!!

Hey there,

According to "complementary and alternative medicines" by Charles W Fetrow and Juan R Avila, both PharmD's, Page 153: "Contraindications and precautions:  Avoid use in pregnant or breast feeding patients. Chamomile believed to be an abortifacient, and some of its components have shown teratogenic effects in several animals (habersang et al 1979)"

Here are a few other references:

As you can see there is some difference in opinion, mostly based on the issue of use as a medicine vs a much lower dosage in a tea.

I drank Chamomile tea during my pregnancy, but I had not read this information, and I had a very strong pregnancy, which may be why it did not have an adverse effect.

Good for you for seeking information, good luck with your pregnancies !

I've also read conflicting info about it and I don't drink anything except for water and fruit juice.  I do have one glass or two a day of sparkling water, though!  That's not that good!
