cramps

Everytime I lay on my side my leg cramps up, or if I lay on: my back I can feel her kick more and move and it makes it difficult to go to sleep! Any remedies for cramps??

If seems really simple,  but it may help if you lay with a pillow between your legs.  Sorry I don't have a better suggestion. Hope you find relief soon.

During pregnancy is not recommended to lay down on ur back because there is something about the baby not getting anougt air maybe that's why she keeps kicking you
Becaurful and ask ur doctor about it ...good luck

Foot cream rubbed on the back of my calves helped. So did soaks in hot water and showers. Get hubby to give you a leg rub. Heating pad on the legs where it hurts or a warm water bottle. Exercise helps to keep the blood flowing. Wooden massage tool. Hop something helps soon! I feel your pain! I'm going through the exact same thing right now!!
