All those things for my first said a girl and he's a boy hehe. They are fun but just old wives tales.

Ring and string test is circle for girls and side to side for boys.  I did it with my first pregnancy and it was a boy, and I hold it over my belly and I get side to side for boy again, we shall see if it's right again.  Chinese gender chart also said I'm having a boy..  try it!

Everytime iv'e done one of those remedies it was wrong. So im guessing those are ment just for fun.  I even tried the baking soda thing, which i learned from ladies on this site. I was suppose to be having a girl but of course it was wrong. I found out the gender of my baby from the blood tests they do per ur permission, to see if ur baby will have any abnormalities. And from what im told those are 99.9% accurate. Im only 15wks 5days. I have a few more until my ultrasound.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to find out for sure if its a boy or girl other than having a ultrasound done.
you could try some old wives tales for baby gender but those are for fun and not to be taken seriously.
