elevated liver enzymes

So I don't usually get too worried as this is my 5 th daughter but I have never encountered this before,  I went for a routine prenatal visit last week at 25 weeks and my blood pressure was 120/94, my ob did some labs and my ast and alt were both double the normal ( they were normal when I was 10 weeks pregnant). My uric acid was 4.9. The following day I had an appt with high risk who said baby looked great BUT he was not happy with my labs and that more my bp is running 120/80s. He said I was heading toward preeclampsia and took me off work.  Yesterday I failed my glucose test so I'm also gestational diabetic.  I have read that gestational diabetes also increases your risk for preeclampsia.  Has anYone had experience with this? ??
