entitled to post here again...

Hi,all,I used to post here quite a lot before march 09 ,before my dd was born,but then I was so busy couldn't even think of turning my pc on..I could never imagine we would ever discuss baby#2...but here we are,pg again after just one try ivf,still very insecure about the pg as it's only a couple of days after my first beta..I guess knowledge is not a good thing when pregnant,now I'm aware of all the bad things that might happen,but still so much more relaxed than pg #1,it's so wonderful even having just one child!Some people say one baby=no baby and I get furious.Anyway,just want to say how happy and insecure I'm feeling (again),and just want to wish all the 40+(like me) pg ladies good luck and a lot of happy pg weeks!

Welcome back and congrats on your pregnancy.  I know what you mean about knowing all the bad things that can happen, and how scary that can be.  I too sometimes I was as innocent as I was my first pregnancy.  However, for every 1 thing that can go wrong, there are 3 that can go right!  I have come to the conclusion insecurity is just part of the deal...lol.

Congrats on your pregnancy!  I was thinking today about trying for another baby (Noah's 14 1/2 months old) but not sure if I have the courage (or stamina - LOL) for another pregnancy/baby so it's wonderful to read about another 40+ woman pregnant (and willingly - LOL!). - jen
