Ive had a bit of vagina pain and my tummy gets really tight when I walk alot. I also get sharp pains in my lower abdominal area..im 2 cm and 50% effaced. Last week I was 1 cm 0 effaced. 7 day difference. Would u say my baby coming soon?

Ya sorry to say. Due dates aren't expiration dates. Baby comes when baby is ready!

Just have to wait it out... i know it's a tough pill to swallow, but babies come when they are good and ready, not because we circle that "magic date" on our calendar. All the folk tales really won't do squat unless baby says so, and he'll say so soon enough. Try to relax and enjoy these last precious moments that only you have the privilege of sharing.

I set for induction in 6 days and I'm in early labor now at 4cm and 80 % effaced. Lots of walking :) you might not ready this second but anything can change in the matter of minutes or hours. Good luck
