fibroid and d & c

I have a small fibroid and have not been able to become pregnant. Would a D & C help? I am 44 with no children/

I was told they couldn't remove my fibroids during my DNC. It is a different procedure that they need to do.  I ad 2 miscarriages last year and both required DNCs.
Strange thing is, when I went and saw a fertility expert in January of this year, and he checked out my uterus, he says I don't have any fibroids. And I told him that I have one in my uterus. And he says I don't. I asked him if they can just disappear, and he says no. So, I wonder..... Did they get removed during the DNC.... Or was it just a misdiagnoses for the last few years...
Strange huh? I am currently 24 almost 25 weeks pregnant.

Do let me know how your journey goes. I sure hope you have success. It might just be worth letting the, give you a DNC.  Getting everything cleaned out might just help your fertility.
