First pregnancy, I'm about 37 weeks how could I Tell I'm in labor besides the water breaking and so on I'm new at this

Not all women experience labor the same
just try to pay attention to your body you may experience diarrhea you may have a vaginal discharge that is very mucusy or has a little bit of blood you may feel a lot of pressure in your vagina
some women get an extreme burst of energyand some women don't even know they're in labor they think they have gas or they're constipated

When you feel like you got to take a dump it is time

When u start feeling cramps that go into little contra tions and then u get bak pains ...:-) good luck
