I have had the same thing. Putting it down to pregnancy pains. I'm sleeping terribly so I think that plays a big part of how severely I am feeling these symptoms. Rest up and keep your fluids up. Hope you feel better soon :)

Unfortunatly, this year's shot isn't as effective due to a mutation in one of the circulating viruses. It happens. I've gotten a bad bug(fevers over 102) at least once every pregnancy and the babies are all fine. Make  sure you stay hydrated- tea, ginger ale, gatoraide...anything that stays down. Acetaminophen for fever and aches is usually the recommendation for pregnancy. And if you have someone to spot you since you feel so weak, take a tepid shower. Hope ypu get well soon.

If you have a fever, definitely call the dr. If you body temp is high, it can effect the baby.
