Was it successful? Or did you end up getting a c section because of complications?  I will be getting induced in about 17 days so I wanna know what my chances are...thank you ladies!

I got induced at 41+5, they tried with a pessarie on the Monday, got pessarie pains (strong period pains) all day then they just disappeared, they tried again on the Tuesday and the same happened, tried again on the Wednesday and same happened again.... got sent home on Thursday tried everything possible at home and nothing worked. Got took in on the Saturday morning had waters broken at 9am and was in established labour at half10, had my 10lb 9oz boy at 8:13pm ..... my body was not ready to let go at the point of the pessaries but breaking breaking my waters worked a treat. I get induced next Thursday so I'm praying and hoping that the same doesn't happen again xx good luck xx

I was induced with my first and it was an easy quick labor. I loved it!

I was induced with all 3 of my pregnancies and it went quickly  (all under 4 hrs) no complications but I too was also fairly young at the time.

I got induced on the 22nd of july and was only 1cm dilated and everything went great for me i had a beautiful lil girl with no complications...

There are too many factors involved to get an accurate measure.
Both my last 2 were induced and after 21 hrs did not need c sections. But I was a lot younger then too, which may affect the outcome.
