frontal version or no..

soo im 38 weeks today and my first baby(girl) is breached. my dr has me coming in tommaro for another ultrasound to see if she flipped. if she hasnt she said well talk about moving her by hand. or i can just go ahead and scedual a c section. i heard to when they move her around they give you an epidural and its still painful. i want to expirience natual birth seeming this is my first baby but i dont want to get her manualy moved. and i hear a c section is no big deal but also hear the recovery is 8 wks and is horrible horrible pain....im so confusedd. but ahe still can flip on her own.

yeahhhh had my appt today and shes now transverse so those excersises helped im guessing. her heads makeing its way back downn! and cervix is thinning but not yet dialated. just cannot wait to have her.

If you need a C-section don't let people scare you they aren't that bad :) look up positive stories beforehand

I'm not sure if it will help now as you're so far along but look at a website called spinning babies. It will give you exercises and positions to try so you can flip bub without intervention.
