BTW it wasnt just the shakes for me, it was shivering from feeling so cold to core( more like a freezing chill i just couldnt overcome, no matter how mny blankets i covered up with.) I ultimatly had to be completly under the blankets until it passed. One of the most bizzarre things thats ever happened to me, glad now i know what starts them so i can control them.
Ive had something similiar happen to me during this pregnancy(3rd pregnancy) and didnt think it was a symptom of pregnancy but then again ive only had it when pregnant. I notice it only happens when im already asleep and i wake up shaking uncontrollably so bad that my teeth chatter and my bed shakes and it seems to last forever, but i know it only last 2-5 min max. The first time it happened i was so spooked by it, i thought i had a seizure but i knew it wasnt as i was alert the whole time, just couldnt control the shivers. Ive noticed it only happens when i eat sugar/ carbs in the middle of the night. When i dnt get my unhealthy midnight snack i dnt get the shakes. Im gusssing its from a sugar crash. You could bring it up to your doctor, although ive heard some doctors have never heard of this. Everyone iv'e told this to has never had this exerience too.
Yes, got a confirmed test today. I think I'm two months along cause my last period came super early and only lasted for a day which normally I'm four days long. I have rested and drank lots ofwater and plan ongoing to a doctor this week. It hasn't happened again.. maybe it was dehydration?
I'm a bit confused. Your period is one week late and you think you are two months pregnant?
In any event, I would not consider uncontrollable shaking to be a common pregnancy symptom. I would advise you to see your Dr. All the best.
You need to see a doctor, this could be the result of many things, including pregnancy, but go and get checked over to be on the safe side.
