hi, ladies I had a m/c on Nov. 20, my level was 1500, then on nov. 27, my level was the same..
I believe i passed everything out.. so now I had another blood work this am and my level down to 6.. I am waiting to get it down to 0 so they can start testing... i guess i just don't have a patience right now.. its hard enough to know that I cannot concieve(sp) naturally.. but its even harder to find out that I cannot carry the baby to term ( 2 m/cs)..
do you think its normalNormal saline flush that my level just went down to 6 after 2 weeks? my level never got too high ( just went up to 1508) then m/c..
thank you so much ladies...goodluck to all of you..
thank you so much ... i know its just take time to get through with this... I am soo sorry also about your m/cs and ectopicEctopic pregnancy...its really hard....you won;t know how hard it is until you suffer from it... You have patience though... i cant imagine waiting that long to get your level down ( oh, well who am I kidding) I waited 8 yrs to get pregnant... then finally it happened then boomed... lost them...I didnt even enjoy it..
I wish you luck on your ttc also... i wish we don't have to go through with this...
I'm sorry for your loss. HCG levels do odd things. In my last miscarriage, my hcg levels actually went up from about 1500 to 2200 and yet I was already 5 days into the miscarriage. The levels then took another 3 weeks to drop below 2. It was very frustrating, but there's nothing to do but wait it out!
I'm very sorry for your loss! I'm in the same situation as you are right now. I had my m/c on 11/9 and I'm waiting for AF to arrive too. I don't know anything from hcg levels, where did you get them from? Is there some home test kit available in the States? All we got here in Holland is a normal pregnancy test that shows blue lines....or not, nothing that tells the exact level of HCG and I cannot imagine that you're seeing the doctor every other day to have it tested.
All I know is what my doctor told me: HCG levels decrease as soon as you actually miscarried. HCG is also responsible for the time it takes to get your cycles back on track. The first m/c I had I was 4w5d and I had my first AF on scedule. This time I was 7w4d so I wonder how long it will take since I should have had more HCG in my system now?
Take care and I which you all the best when you TTC again!
Ditto. After my D&C my hcg level didn't get down to 2 until 5 wks, 1 day later. It took 4 days to go from 5 to 2! It is a frustrating waiting game, but your numbers sound fine. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. Good luck with your testing and your next pg :o)
