Some of you are very brave....I would recommend waiting the full six weeks or calling the Dr. Monday morning to answer your question about both vaginal and anal sex with 6 weeks of giving birth. Your husband should make you climax by manual or oral stimulation of your clitoris before you have vaginal or analysis intercourse with him again....By the way....Can he not be satisfied with manual stimulation or s ******** until you heal properly? This could be a good time for you both to get some for play practice in and learn other ways of pleasuring one another if you haven't done the slow, intimate kind of sex before....

You should wait 6 weeks. That's the advice all doctors will recommend.

did your Dr say everything was already healed, or just in the process of healing well? most episiotomies go all the way through the perineum from the vagina to the anus so you could still face problems with tearing your anus

I waited the full 6 weeks before sex after my episiotomy, but just be warned, it still felt a bit tender and quite tight. We actually waited another 2 weeks again after that and tried again lol!

It does not go the same for anal. Have at it if that's your thing. :) I let my huz in the back door before the 6 weeks were up. It's just the vag you want to keep safe.

You should still wait the full six weeks. You still need to heal and you're more fertile after giving birth. So fool around and have fun, but no penetration still is best.
