I mix red rock ginger ale with real limeade,  eat mainly cold things. Shout out for melon and cucumbers. I get up around five and have some juice and a graham cracker.  Just got psi bands.

I know how you feel. I'm currently 12 weeks with my third and have never been so sick. I had a lot of nausea and vomiting with my other two, but have been so sick I can't even function with this one. I tried all the natural methods to try to get some relief but nothing worked at all. I finally let me ob know how miserable I was...on the couch nearly all day, unable to keep up with housework, just really sick and they decided to send out home health. I am now on my second day of continuous 24 hour a day iv fluids with iv zofran mixed in and I feel sooo much better. I was dehydrated and couldn't get on top of it myself. The plan is to switch to a continuous subcutaneous zofran pump after this. If you are really sick and need some other intervention, call your ob for help. I wish I'd called sooner. Good luck to everyone!

I had same thing. Pregnant with my 3rd now 24 weeks. But in beginning I was so sick. Don't even think of it as small meals. I had to eat like one serving of something like Mac n cheese about every hour or so. I couldn't eat anything close to a normal size meal.

I eat fruit cups before I even get out of bed. It helps me alot. I keep them on my night stand. It's ok to snack. Keep food in your stomach all day.

I sipped fresh squeezed lemonade. It helped somewhat. The other thing I did was get a gel to rub on my wrists. I had terrible nausea with both pregnancies, but I think this one has been worse. Now I suffer with heartburn. Never had it until my 1st pregnancy and now I have with my 2nd.

Vitamin B6 helps too, and sea bands that you wear on your wrists. I also took ginger pills until it got too bad I needed the Rx.

As spade22 said, small meals or continuously snack throughout the day, crackers and ginger all help. I also picked up some preggie pops and I thought those were a godsend.
The nausea *****, but it usually just lasts until the end of the first trimester...It does taper off. Hang in there!!

Ginger and crackers can help some women.  Also, eat a lot of small meals throughout the day to keep something in your stomach.  If it gets too bad, you ca ask your doctor for medication to help otherwise you should start to feel better in a few weeks.
