I am 11 weeks and 1 day. The nausea has gotten so much better but now that its subsided for the most part....I'm finding myself watching the ceiling fan go round n round, tossing and turning trying to sleep. Then the next day at work I'm so sleepy I can hardly stand it. Wat to do , wat to do?
My dr told me it was safe to use unisom. I tried it last night. I slept a little longer b4 waking up but I still woke up! Ugg. He told me a little later on that we could use ambien if I was still having the issue. He also suggested camimile tea. ( I may have spelled camimile wrong, lol)
