Im 20 weeks 5 11 and I weigh 143 ive gained 4 lbs. Dont stress or worry
Have gained less than "recommended" gain too but everyone is different and with ultrasound they can see how well baby is growing which is the relevant bit. I lost weight in my first trimester but was a cyclist before pregnancy so had muscular thighs and a big appetite. I now have to make myself eat as don't feel hungry like I did with all the exercise and I get away with normal portion size too now! Being healthy is what's important :-)
I'm 23 weeks and I'm due December 30th and I weigh 110 and have only gained 5 pounds..... and I'm barely showing! no worries!!!!!
We tend to eat better and take better care of ourselves when we're pregnant. As long as your baby's growth is on track and you're feeling healthy that's all that matters. This app wants me to gain weight but I keep losing. Going for more walks, eating better, taking vitamins, drinking lots of water. I would have gotten pregnant a lot sooner if I knew that's all it took to get me to take care of myself. :-)
I have lost weight since getting pregnant and am 21wks 5d and still haven't gained anything and continue to lose weight. but baby is doing good !
I can tell you, I carried twins....I gained 29lbs during the whole pregnancy. My babies weighed 5'14 and 5'11 at delivered at 36wks 2 days. As long as your baby is growing, everything is fine :)
I didn't gain anything. I'm now in my 38th week and have gained 3 pounds. As long as the baby is measuring and your doctor isn't concerned you and baby are fine.
I'd say as long as your baby is on track don't stress about it mama. I've only gained about 8 lbs this pregnancy myself- I'm due Jan 8th.
