I was actually taking it before pregnancy but stopped when I found out I was pregnant.  In some women it can help though with heartburn while pregnant and it can help you increase your Vitamin C levels.  As for fatigue, you are likely going to have highs and lows with this.  Take it in stride though, come the 3rd trimester you can actually have trouble sleeping, so if you can get extra sleep now, try it.

Make sure you are taking a good vitamin and eating properly and the fatigue is not caused by lack of iron or nutrition.  Keep us posted and let us know what works for you.

I took it for that when I wasn't pregnant and never noticed a difference.   Unfortunately fatigue is part of pregnancy and nothing you take will improve that except delivery! Lol good luck to you.

I have seen both to not and to try.  What were you using the apple cider vinegar for?  Were you using it to help with weightless, heartburn or just your digestive system?

When I looked it up, it is suggested that it be avoided.  This is strictly because it has not been tested on pregnant women.  However, speak to your Dr.  He or she is the best person to advise you.
