Everyone is different.  When I miscarried,  I didn't have pain or bleeding.  I just happened to scan myself while at work and found that the baby's heart wasn't beating. But you are already past your first trimester and the chance of a miscarriage now is very low.  Your cramps might have been intestinal; maybe gas or something. .

There is no exact science to a miscarriage, everyone experiences them differently. Mine I bleed from the day I found out I was pregnant up until I lost the baby at 9-10w. So with me it was lots and lots of blood for a long period of time then pain. But I know lots of woman who have had it the other way around. That Or they required a d+c without ether to notify them ofa miscarriage. I don't know if you are having on or have had one but remember with pregnancy there is cramping, just incase you feel pain and are worried. And there often is spotting! I bleed with my daughter for the first 4 weeks and I mean a lot! She is now a healthy happy 4yr old. And with this one I cramped like period cramps bad from day one and I am now 31w and she is fine as well. Wish you the best
