no movement????

Ok so I am now 37 weeks and my baby hasn't moved at all in well a good two hours. My drs told me if I don't feel him move at least 5 times in a hour to go to the hospital. Come to think of it I've been up since 430 am and haven't felt any movement and it's 8am now. Does anyone have any advice to get my son to move even a lil I just drank some apple juice, chocolate milk and ate breakfast burritos.

Orange juice is what my doctor told me to drink before my stress test because my baby had stopped moving too.

You can also try something sweet or something fizzy like soda. If no movement then go to hospital

Im 27 weeks and this also has happened to me. Try ice cold water or eating something sweet. Then lay on your left side to notice movements..if you continue not to sense them go to labor and delivery. Best of luck..I'm sure all will be ok.
