My LMS ended on the 20th of May. However, I did take a pregnancy test  4 days ago and it was positive. I went for an unltra sound on Wed and they said they didnt see anything (vag. ultra sound) not even a sac. I have had 3 successful preganancies, no MC. But for some reason they said that it could be an etopic preg or too early. I dont have the conditions that are usually associated that could cause an etopic preg, so I was really surprised. I dont even know how I can tell how many weeks I am, so I could determine for myself it if was just to early either. If anyone can shed some advise it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance. .

Thank you all, it was very comforting to get some positive feed back. I have since got another Dr and have an appt next tues. I just dont feel comfortable with the other Dr's office. I will keep you posted.

Same thing happened to me . Doctor sent me to emergency room and they couldn't even see it. They told me I was having a miscarriage. Went back to ob a month later and there he was. My period date didnt line up with due date so they thought I was farther than I actually was

I just went thru that...and Its just to early..they told me they couldn't hear a heart beat because its to soon..so Just take it easy and no stress..u will b fine..I will pray for u and urs..Good luck

Yes it agree if they say D& C DONT do it. I'm betting its just WEEKS to soon to see anything. Best of luck. Fingers crossed for you.. Let us know.

4 weeks is way too early for the docs to see anything.  Usually at 8 weeks,  your doctor should have a much better picture of what's going on.  If your told nothing can be seen before 8 weeks and you should have a d & c,  don't do it.

If your period ended on the 20th, I guessed you started on May 15.  That would put you at around 4weeks preg as of June 12, Date of conception approx. May 29 & a due date of Feb 18.  It is probably just too early to see anything on an ultra sound.
