pelvic pressure

I just turned 34 weeks today and an having a lot if pelvic pressure.  Had a Dr appointment yesterday and the Dr confirmed she has dropped and is head down in my pelvic region.  I can understand since pelvic pressure because she is down there but how much is to much pressure?  I have lost a little bit of my mucus plug also but not the whole thing.

Thanks

Thanks ladies.  I had none of this with my first and she has down syndrome.  Her pregnancy was a breeze!  So this is all new to me. The drs are thinking because of the stress I am in with my daughter getting diagnosed with leukemia in January and me getting laid off from work because of a merger that this is causing all this!

I am 34 1/2 weeks myself and am experiencing the same thing. In the home stretch now.  The pressure is uncomfortable and sometimes down right painful,  but she is getting ready to meet you face to face.  If the pressure is accompanied by cramping that won't go away give the dr a call.

My baby dropped at 34 weeks too & I didn't deliver until 40 weeks 4 days on Oct 6th. Each week the pressure might get a bit more as baby has a few stages yet to drop. It's very normal & more uncomfortable the closer you get to delivery. Hang in there. You're in the final stretch.
