period or miscarriage

I'm confused. I had d&c done five weeks ago and for last 5 days have had tiny blood. Hardly nothing. Its only once a day on morning. I had another miscarriage 6 months earlier but got period normally after about 36 days. We have been having sex past few weeks no protection so wondering if I had another miscarriage.I'm not in pain no preggo signs either. Should I wait another few days and see if I get period. When I get my period I always spot then nothing then in 2 days its full on and pains and heavy but not this time! not sure what's going on. Could I be pregnant and its implantation?  I have still been doing ovulation tests and they show I'm fertile every day!

For me the first day of spotting ended up being the first day of the cycle, I ovulated (very painfully I may add) 14 days later.

Yes do go see your gp if you are still spotting in a week. I was wondering what was going on with my weird spotting and requested an HCG check up: it was 0.

Good luck, this is never easy!

Thanks ecologic I am thinking must be period, doesn't feel like one though. So now to keep trying for a baby do I start day 1 from my first tiny bit of blood? Today is the 7th day of spotting. If I'm still spotting in another week ill go see gp! I doubt if I'm pregnant. Sorry for your loss, its not fair is it.

This is very certainly your periods, even with very little blood! I had the exact same situation recently, I had a D&C (baby lost at 11 weeks) and bled heavily for 2 full weeks after the D&C.

Then I had a little bit of spotting 5-6 weeks latter, it lasted 3 days, just a little brown blood really. I did not think it was my periods... but it was! My next period came back normally after that, very heavy this time. I think the first period was so light because I had bled so much after my D&C and the uterus had nothing left to shed.

But then again you could also be pregnant... take a pregnancy test in a week!
