I'm in my 32nd week and I get dizzy too.  I googled it a while back and it can be happening for a few reasons...extra blood supply in the body, anemia, low blood sugar or high blood pressure.  I think in my case it's caused by anemia. I have to take 2 iron supplements daily throughout my pregnancy for low iron.

Drink lots of fluids, and get up slowly when you wake up in the morning, or after you've been sitting a while.  Best wishes!

What postition are you in when you are getting dizzy?? I noticed that I get dizzy if I sit/lay too long and then get up quickly.  As far along as you are it could be the weight of your baby pushing down on something.

If this is happening all of the day then I would mention it to your doctor.  Congrats! You are almost at the finish line!!! Whoo-Hoo!
