1.  Are your cycles regular?
2. How many days are in your cycle (i.e. 28, 30etc...)
3. OH and I live by preseed..........

Ugh, well that is not a very specific question. If I wanted to be smart I would have sex. But, have you tried different things and things aren't working for you? My advice would be find out how long your cycles are, find out when you ovulate, look for the signs and use an OPK (ovulation predictor kit) OR have sex every other day of the month....
