pregnant & percocets

i have been taking percocets daily for nerve damage in my face. well i was late for my period and figured it was just my body adjusting to the pain killers. i was wrong, i just found out that im pregnant today, probably 8 -10 weeks. is it possible percocets harm in my babies developement? i havent been to the docs yet cuz i just took the test an hour ago. I am really worried.
