I was originally taking an over the counter prenatal, that was getting me nauseous all the time.Then the doctor prescribed me a prenatal,that still was making me sick.she then said that I could take 2 Flintstones vitamins in place.Has anybody heard of this? And if so what type of Flintstone vitamins? Thanks

I've had the same problem. I'm already suffering from morning sickness all day. I haven't been consistently taking mine because they make my morning sickness worse. I have an appointment tomorrow, I will ask then what to do. Everyone else has suggested gummy vitamins.

I recommend taking a food-based prenatal like Mega Food brand. They are made from actual food so they shouldn't make you nauseated. They can be taken with or without food. Synthetic vitamins can be harmful to you & baby.
