I'm 10 weeks pregent I notice that I've spotted a little.  Just want to know if I should worry.

As trying43 said, it is not uncommon to spot in your first trimester. You should definitely call your doctor or midwife and let them know. They will probably have to come in for an exam and possibly some tests to make sure everything is okay.

Some spotting in early pregnancy is fairly common.  It can be cause by a uti, sex, infection, hematoma, etc.  As long as its not heavy and accompanied by severe pain its probably ok.  I would call my ob to be safe they may want to check things out.  Good luck.
