seafood

I just recently found out I am pregnant.  I do not each pork, lamb or beef.  I am a big seafood lover.   What type of seafood can I eat?

Thank you

FDA just released a statement this week telling pregnant women that tuna is not safe for consumption. No tuna at all. Talk with a dietician so you don't develop anemia.

StY away from large high mercury fish like tilefish, king mackerel, shark, and swordfish.... Limit tuna to 1-2 servings a week... Salmon, tilapia, Pollock, cod, flounder, monkfish, shellfish, and molluscs are all fine
