sore throat and manly cough ! help
Help me pls im so hungry :( but i cant eat cus my throat hurts baddd ( it hurts to swallow food ) im livin off chicken soup n water and juice :( my dr prescribed sudafed ( idk how to spell it but thats how u peononce it ) n its not working i tried lemon tea with honey n gragled salt water .. it hurts .. help pls suddgestions .. robuttusion dm is out of the pic cus i fall into a deep sleep ..
Yay finally a answer :) n ok idk y i didnt think of that i do it for my son all the time lol but i will sure try this hopefully it will help im so despreate my hubby n son are eating flame boiler n im stuck eating soup :( .. owells tho
& as far as eating just stick to soft things... yogurt, smoothies, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese. Things that you can kinda mush up & swallow. And please keep drinking as much as you can hold down.
I went through that a couple a weeks back. Was absolutely terrible so I know what Your feeling. Put some vics vapour rub on the bottom of your feet & put socks on. Not only does it draw out toxins because of the menthol in it but also calms down your cough. My grandma always did it When she or any of us got sick so I mentioned it to my DR before I tried it and she said YES it works wonders and she does it herself & for her children. Also my cough medicine didn't work either so I took benadryl, along with the vics rub and pretty much slept the cold away. Lol good luck
