squats , walking around and walking up and down stairs

Ive been walking around malls and stores , squats and walking up and down the stairs . Will that make my baby come early ??

I did all that and nothing ever happened but i noticed my labor contractions werent that bad and my dr told me cause i was up and doing those things!!! Good luck!!

Same here. 39 wks and he still shows no signs of labor. Haven't lost my plug and hes still sitting high..don't think he's ever gna come out

believe me i dont think anything really helps to start up labour with my second i walked up and down four flights of stairs over a hundred times a day as well as squats for three weeks i didnt go in early bt it sure helped when labour came lol.

I don't think so unless you already have an issue with preterm labor and are supppoused to be on bed rest my doctor told me excercise is a good thing and can help ease a lot of pain during delivery
