after my nst.. the baby had some decelerations with contractions so they sent me over... 3 hours later I am home...  BUT I am dilated 1cm 90% effaced and the babies head is really low.. this is a big difference from Tuesday where I wasnt dilated at all 50% effaced and babie was high.  I have been having a lot of contractions but not super big ones...  but I guess I am going to pack haha

I too spent the weekend in L&D.  On Sat. I had contractions 3 minutes apart for 4 hours.  Of course they fizzled out at the hospital and I wasn't dilated or anything.

Went in on Friday because I thought my water broke.  Of course it hadn't.  I have no idea what it was.

so I went in again yesterday because they wanted to see me for the pain I was feeling.. I am still the same.. 1cm 90% effaced... 10 days until due date... just wanted to update...

Oh I also asked about the head size and they said that it is not accurate because the head has decended into the pelvis and so it has taken on some of that form.  the other thing is that last night they had to get me to have 3 contractions in 10 minutes to make sure that the baby was reacting well.  Normally they would have given me pitosin to start them but since I had a c they couldn't give me that so they put a warm wet cloth on my bb's and after 10 minutes they had me roll the nipples until I felt a contraction come on (about a minute) then they had me rest for 4 minutes then do it again... so I did that four times and then they just were constant about 5 minutes apart for a couple of hours... so the nipple stim does work... anyway all the contractions are gone today... so I think I am still a ways off...

Isnt it funny when just a few days.... nothing, and now look at you !.. smile your catching up!! that is so wonderful mel... I hope it all happens just the way you want. so, now you know how the contractions feel and be more aware of them. What a great inprovement.
sounds like to me... your body shouldnt have any problems delivering natural. Im so happy for you. I got my fingers crossed for you.

Oh, you are almost there.  I really don't know much about the numbers as I haven't been there yet, but sounds good to me.  I wish you all the best for a great delivery.  You will get to hold your daughter soon....
