I drank at least 2 coffees a day with all 3 of my pregnancies, all my babies were fine.

I was told two cups of coffee a day is safe, therefore I drink one to be cautious and incase I consume anything else that has caffeine. . Chocolate etc. They say everything in moderation :)

I'm 25 weeks and drink about 2 cups a day. I drank this amount w my other children, and they suffered no health consequences;  my son is mildly autistic, but this is not related to the caffeine consumption. Caffeine is ok in moderation.

Hi. I did my own research and I have found out that upto 200 mg of caffeine is fine per day. Caffeine is linked to increase in miscarriage, do if you have a history it is better to avoid caffeine at all. I also researched decaf and there are several methods to decafinatingn coffee. Some are dangerous and I decided just to avoid decaf all together and just limit my regular coffee in take.
