worried Mum to be

I have had a yellow greenish discharge throughout pregnancy without any itching. It has a mild urine odour but nothing fishy.Tests for infections have all been negative but group b strep was detected could this be the cause? If not what is the cause and is it dangerous to my baby. I am due in 2 weeks and am worried if it doesn't clear up before then it could affect her.

Thankyou for your response. I've not taken any fertility medicine but I think I have bladder leakage, I thought my waters had broke about a months ago and the hospital said it was probably urine....despite the regular pelvic floors. But as well as that I am experiencing this horrid discharge which is a separate thing. It still worries me, I don't know what to do to get rid of it, the midwife just thinks its a natural flora but its made it impossible to carry on any sexual relationship with my partner for the whole 9 months!!

It could even just be very slight bladder leakage. Many pregnant women experience that.

I had that with my third pregnancy.  A yellowish discharge but no infections detected.  I also had group b strep.  But I had it with my other 2 pregnancies and never had the odd color discharge.  Did u take fertility meds to conceive?  I did with number 3 and my dr seemed to think maybe this caused the odd color since no other cause was detected.  Good luck.
