worried

I am 38 yrs old and almost 7 weeks with my first.  I was just sound asleep and in the middle of an active dream. I   woke up with severe cramp that burned and shot down my right leg.  It lasted about 15 seconds, but a cramp like I've never experienced before.  Should I be concerned?  Anyone else experienced this?

Leg cramps are normal. Just the sure you are drinking plenty of water, nearly a gallon a day.  Be sure you are eating foods rich in potassium.

Could be that siactica nerve.  I spelled that wrong for sure. My sister in law got them bad.  I'd Google it.
