Nervous

I am a 31 year old mother of 3 lovely children.  I had my tubes clipped and bured after my youngest 7 1/2 years ago... I have missed my cycle before but never had any pregnancy system until now. My cycle is almost a month late, my breast are sore, smells are getting to me, I have lower back pain etc.  I think the kicker for me is the fact that I had to see a dentist with pregnant with each of my children,  and I recently had to visit the dentist because an out of control tooth ache (which happen with all my others).  Any suggestions???
