For fast relief from heartburn that is safe for mom and baby mix a teaspoon of baking soda or more if needed with water and drink. Not the best taste but very effective AND works very quickly!

Protonix. Your doc can prescribe it and it's amazing.

Aloe Vera juice (Walmart) is a God send!! It tastes awful, but relieves refulx/heartburn in a jiffy!! I am currently 34 weeks and couldn't have survived without it! Best wishes! :-)

Zantac is a lifesaver during pregnancy, that's what I'd go with.
