36 wks not sure if they are BH or contractions

Hi, I'm 36 weeks first time mum, my son has dropped and he is in the right position so far its been a normal low risk pregnancy although today I have been getting what feels like gigantic period pains it hurts to stand up & walk around I went for a warm bath but it was till happening as soon as got out they got worse they have eased a little but Im still getting them every ten mins or so and a sharp shooting sensation up my vagina should I goto hospital or is it bh...?

BH don't usually hurt that way. I would call the doctors office and ask for advice.

Best advice I can give you would be contact your midwife and ask her to come and see you. If your really worried or they get closer then go to the hospital. Best wishes x
