38 weeks and not even b.h

I'm 38 weeks with my first and i was wondering if at this time i could still have braxton hicks and how long after would i go into real contractions and labor?

About an hour after my water broke my contractions started and I was fully dilated in 8 hours.

I was in your shoes with my first pregnancy.  I had no bh till my water broke on my due date.
