41 and pregnant...and scared

Hi everyone! I'm 41 and have a 19 yo. Since her, I have been pregnant 4 times including this one, but the last 3 have all resulted in miscarriage at around 6-7 weeks. After the last pregnancy ended, I had given up trying. And then, a couple weeks ago, I realized i was late...and sure enough...ppt. My best guess is I'm about 7 weeks. I'm
ecstatic...but so scared and nervous. Has anyone else went through anything like this and been successful? I guess I just want reassurance that maybe this time will be different. :-). Prayers are also appreciated.

Thanks everyone for your input. It is nice to hear the positive. Congrats to all of you as well! I did have my progesterone checked with the last mc, but that wasn't the problem. I am trying not to stress,,,just scary after having so many disappointments. Again, thank you all :-)

Congrats on your pregnancy. I never had a clear miscarriage but I had a baby last month and am 43. Just learn to relax so that you don't release lots of stress hormones which wld be harmful to baby. Just enjoy each day.

Congratulations.  I'm 46 and had my first child, a healthy baby girl, 5 weeks ago.  I had 3 m/c's previous after years of infertility. When i missed my period I thought I was going thru perimenopause adn then I found out that I was pregnant.  I was so scared, but it turned out well and I so hope the same for you. Good luck!
