iam 47 and i had a procedure done called fibroid obleg ion thats where they put these mico beads in to the blood  vessels going to the fibroid  to shrink them that was 2 yrs ago . my doctor wanted me to go on birth controll i refused i said whatever happens happens iam engaged to a wonderful man who doesnt mind another child this would be my first. since the surgery i have had very light periods and never missed a period . now iam 3 days late and i had a dream that i was pregnant and could feel everything , maybe its just me i kinda think iam pulling at straws. i have 3 foster kids and that cool but ive always wanted my own i hope this is it and my dreams are comming true if not thats life

More likely to be the start of menopause...but sometimes vasectomies do fail.

Well yes, it is possible, although with a vasectomy somewhat unlikely. They have been known to fail though. I second niso's comment.  Try a home pregnancy test, it's the only way to know for certain.  Good luck.
