AF I think

Well it seems I am spotting at 10 DPO.  I'm pretty sure its AF.
Question - do I count today as cycle day 1 or tomorrow when AF is full flow?
I must have short LP this month - I did not last month.  Last week I added VB6 and VB12 to my daily routine and I already feel 10 times better mentally and  physically so maybe it will help my LP for next month!

Hmm, I would usually spot and think it was AF, and then it would go away. I'm anxious to see if this is the case. I would still be testing negative until 12dpo though. Can't wait to hear!

Well it's 9 hours since AF started and it doesnt feel like the usual AF.  Its still spotting instead of going into normal flow, cramps are not increasing, only a buzzing type feeling and blood has some brown and dark pink in it - lets see how I temp at 7:00 am.
A girl could lose her mind over this.

It doesnt do any good to feel down in the dumps.  ( must be all that BV12 and 6) :)

Hey Lisa,  I hope its just spotting and not AF.  However, if it is AF, day one is when you are actually flowing.  You have such a great attitude, and you and I will get it next month!!  Hugs to you..
