Oh really thankz for letting me noe just asking because I don't want to be so skinny but could I eat anything what I want
Some women swear the weight drops off them when they breastfeed, and other women have the opposite experience. I read in a book on childbearing that for some people, the body feels the need to tuck extra weight in and keep it, so the breastfeeding can continue. I can tell you that I actually gained a tiny bit when breastfeeding over my pre-pregnancy weight -- I even gained a little extra fat in my armpits! (I was 130 before getting pregnant, 165 at max when pregnant, and never got to less than 140 until I stopped breastfeeding. Now I'm at 130 again.) It could also be that I was more sedendary during the period of time when I was breastfeeding my son.
It's like when u were pregos , anything you eat and drink goes to the baby. You want to Continue taking your vitamins and eat right. You will burn calories while breast feeding but you only get skinny if you are excersing alot N. Dieting
