C-section Procedure
Hello mommies and mommies to be! I'm almost 32 weeks, scheduled for a C-section at 39 weeks and would like to know how long after the procedure can I start using a postpartum girdle? Also, can anyone recommend a good one?
They will tell you to not rely on it or it could make you lose you're abdominal muscles.
The hospital gave me one to wear when I could get out of bed 24 hours after my c-section. I'm not sure of the brand or anything though. It helped a lot!
