Is it possible to have maternal instincts before even finding out if your pregnant?
Truthfully, probably not. Longing for a child would be more of a culprit here and it would be psychological rather than anything else. Every woman is different and just being pregnant probably doesn't create a maternal instinct in all women. :>) Are you trying to conceive? Or think you are pregnant or are you pregnant already?
