Carpel Tunel at Night...numb!!

I sleep in hand braces for my carpel tunnel. Anyone else in same boat?  Anyone else trying to avoid expensive OT???

last pregnancy it was pretty bad. this time its already happening 6wks in... but I'm still nursing my 15month old at night  so maybe that has more to do with it rt now. I'm not looking forward to carpel tunnel! I will have to keep in mind about the heating pad reneedani, I never tried that!

I went through the same thing when I was pregnant,my baby is 9 months. I had it from 27 weeks til my baby was 2 weeks old. Hang in there it will be over soon.

I have the same  problem. However my Dr told me to use a heating pad and so far it has been helping! I sleep with it under my shoulders.

Count your lucky stars you only have it at night I'm 37 weeks and I my hands stay numb 24-7 its the most aggravating thing ever. Can't wait to have this baby and me go back to normal!
